M y name is Jim Wheeland and I want to do your home inspection.  I am a Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC #9289).  I have over 25 years of experience and electrical inspections.  I provide Real Estate inspections to individuals and businesses in Polk County and surrounding counties within a 125 mile radius. 

O n September 1, 2008, the State of Texas enacted HB 1080 which requires code inspection on all new home construction and remodeling projects built in unincorporated areas or in municipalities that do not conduct inspections.  Under the County Inspection Program, the builder/remodeler must secure inspections at 3 stages of construction.  The 3 required inspections are explained in detail by clicking on the new construction link above.

I abide by the Texas Real Estate Commission's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.  I will always provide an honest product for a competitive price utilizing the most up to date date systems, techniques and procedures.  My clients will receive the highest quality report using the latest inspection software and tools.  Inspections are delivered the same day as the inspection.  The Report will include a detailed analysis of the property and include descriptive high-quality graphics.  The report can be faxed, mailed or emailed.
